Can we run multiple business units on one Cognaxa tenant?

Yes. Three-tier RBAC (admin / teacher / learner), per-program access boundaries, and per-business-unit branding on certificates. For organizations that need hard separation between subsidiaries, dedicated tenant contracts are available on Enterprise.

What about SCORM packages from our existing content vendors?

SCORM 1.2 / 2004 import is on the Enterprise roadmap. Until GA, customers wire content via the REST API or replace SCORM modules with Cognaxa-native course modules — most vendors offer source content in addition to SCORM packages.

How does AI grading actually work on technical content?

AI scoring with rubric alignment, confidence bands per dimension, and a human review queue for low-confidence outputs. Trainers see "AI says pass with 0.87 confidence on rubric R3" — not a black-box pass/fail. The institution sets the threshold for auto-pass vs review.
